We’re happy to receive in-person donations from the public 09:00 to 17:00 Thursday & Friday only (Except any days that fall on a Bank Holiday)
Although we still have reduced staffing, advanced warning of your visit is no longer required. Please avoid lunchtimes if possible (12-1).
Yes! We’re not just for the business community.
Our recycling centre is fully open to the general public so if you’re moving house, space making or just want to have a good old clear out, then come and recycle your old items with us.
We can accept most types of electrical, electronic or IT related products including computers, laptops, monitors, cables, wires, bits and parts in ANY condition. We can also accept larger items such as washing machines, cookers, dishwashers, microwaves and audio equipment.
Unfortunately there are some items we cannot accept due to their specialist decommissioning requirements and these are:
- Fridges (and their components)
- Freezers (and their components)
- CRT Monitors or TVs
- Empty Toner Cartridges
- Fluorescent Tubes
- Nickel–cadmium batteries
- Nickel–metal hydride batteries
- Gas or Pressurised Bottles
We love to recycle SCRAP METAL!
We’ll also take ANYTHING normally found in a high street charity store such as toys and games, bric-a-brac, tools, clothes, CDs, DVDs, Kitchen Equipment, Accessories & Jewellery, Books and Homeware.
This list can be as long as your imagination!
Use us as a one-stop-shop! We’re really easy to find and we have loads of hassle free parking right outside our goods-in entrance with lots of friendly staff to help you unload.
We now have a helpful guide to assist with finding our donation point: HERE
IMPORTANT! Please be mindful that some of our staff have learning difficulties and/or communication problems so your patience and understanding is always appreciated as much as your support.
Open for the Public on Thursday & Friday – 09:00 – 17:00
