For those who work with us* there are no barriers concerning experience, ongoing problems of homelessness, disabilities, past mistakes, learning difficulties, or other problems perceived by mainstream employers.

We operate as a fully inclusive social business - everybody who joins us is given a chance and the choice to make the effort to change their lives if they so desire.

Teams are as diverse as the work undertaken but each member is valued equally for the contribution they make.

All we ask is that each member gives it their very best shot and can respect and support other team members when and where necessary.

We operate under a simple common sense formula.  Our colleagues are looked after and supported as if they were actual family members and many thrive in the positive atmosphere of mutual respect and are loudly encouraged by the supportive cheers of other team members as they go for gold!
